Package Tips for Effective LCL freight

When you do not have enough accessories to fill the entire container, the minimum and composition load (LCL) is a smart and cheap alternative. In LCL fracture, your goods share space with other people with shipments. Because of this, it is very important to pack the load properly to ensure that it remains safe and comes in good condition.

Here are some simple and useful package tips for skilled LCL freight:

1. Use strong and quality materials

The LCL shipment goes through a lot of handling before the final destination. For protecting your objects, always use strong gasket materials. Choose strong cardboard boxes, wooden boxes or plastic containers. Make sure your boxes are not weak or damaged, as weak boxes can break during transport.

2. Wrap items tightly

Don't leave too much empty space inside the box. Empty spaces allow objects to rotate and can cause damage. Use bubble wrap, foam or pack peanuts to fill the gap and keep everything tight and safe. A tightly packed box during shipping is safe.

3. Wrap delicate items carefully

If you send delicate items such as glass, electronics or ceramics, pack them individually with bubble wrap or soft content. Place delicate objects in the middle of the box and surround them with extra padding. Mark these boxes clearly with "fragile" stickers so that the handles know to be extra careful.

4. Mark each box clearly

Each box should have a clear label. include:

Your name and contact number

destination address

Book number (eg box 1 of 10, box 2 out of 10, etc.)

Special instructions if necessary ("delicate", "this page up")

Clear labels help move and the shipping staff to organize and distribute their goods properly.

5. Use the palette for better handling

If you have multiple boxes, stack them on a wooden or plastic pallet and pack them tightly with shrinking covers. The palettes make your goods safely move with a forklift and make it easier to reduce the risk of damage during loading and unloading.

6. Don't overload the box

It is difficult to handle heavy boxes and is more likely to be damaged. Try to place each box on an administered weight, usually no more than 20-25 kg (about 45-55 pounds). If the objects are too heavy, divide them into small boxes. In addition, remember to keep heavy objects at the bottom and easier on top when stacking.

7. To protect against moisture

LCL load is often transported at sea, where it can be brought into contact with moisture and moisture. Protect your goods:

Using waterproof lines inside boxes

Package in plastic cover

Dense sealing boxes with strong tape

Add silica package inside the box to absorb moisture
